What the app stores
Everything you type — dates, times, notes, tags and settings — is stored on your iPhone. If you have iCloud enabled it is also stored in your own private iCloud (CloudKit) database, tied to your Apple ID. Only you can read it. The developer has no access to it, and neither does anyone else.
What the app sends
Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code of any kind. The app makes no network requests other than Apple's own iCloud synchronisation, which happens between your device and your own iCloud account, and the App Store purchase check.
If the app crashes
If you have turned on Apple's own “Share With App Developers” setting, Apple may send the developer a report when an app crashes. Those reports come from Apple, never from this app, and they contain no part of your log — no notes, no names, no dates, nothing you have typed. They describe the reason for the crash, so it can be fixed. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
What the app can access on your device
Nothing beyond its own storage, unless you ask it to. The app does not access your contacts, your location, your camera, your microphone, your photos or your health data. Your calendar is only touched if you switch on Show in my calendar in Settings, and then only to add and keep up to date the schedule events you asked for — the app never reads anything else in your calendar, nothing from your calendar ever leaves your device, and switching it off removes every event it created.
Files you create
The app writes automatic backup files into its own private storage. They are not browsable in the Files app or from a computer, and they are encrypted while your device is locked. You restore from them inside the app. Exported JSON, CSV and PDF files are different: once you share or move one it is outside the app, and you control where it goes.
Information about other people
You may record information about other people, such as the other parent or your child. That information is yours, stays on your device and in your own iCloud, and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party. You are responsible for how you use and share anything you export.
Children
The app is intended for use by adults. It is not directed at children and collects no information from them.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its local data. To remove the synced copy, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage on your device.
